Who we are

mediawyld.com is run by DOT Services of America LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as MediaWyld, 1631 NW St Lucie W Blvd, Suite 101, Port St Lucie, FL 34986 (“MediaWyld”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of mediawyld.com, the Free Online Visibility Report, and your MediaWyld client page. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Paid work has its own agreement

Websites, marketing and other paid services are provided only under a Proposal you sign and the MediaWyld Service Terms that come with it. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed Proposal or the Service Terms, the signed agreement wins. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept without a signed Proposal.

The Free Online Visibility Report

The report looks at your website and at public information about your business, the same way a customer would, and uses automated and AI tools to score it. Scores, estimates and recommendations are our opinion at the time of the scan. They are not a promise of rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and search engines and AI assistants change how they work without notice. Please ask for a report only for a business you own, run or are authorized to represent.

Your client page

If we give you a login to your MediaWyld client page, keep it private and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your login, and you agree to tell us at support@mediawyld.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend a login to protect your account or our systems.

Signing and records

When you sign a Proposal on our site, you agree to sign and receive it electronically, and your electronic signature is as binding as a handwritten one. We record the name you type, your signature, the date and time, your IP address and a fingerprint of the exact Proposal you signed, and we email you a sealed copy.

Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. By paying through our site you also agree to Stripe’s terms for that payment. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number. Amounts, due dates and automatic charges are set by your signed Proposal.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• send spam, false information, or anything unlawful or harmful through our forms;
• try to break, overload, scan, or gain unauthorized access to the site, the client pages or our systems;
• copy the site or its reports with automated tools, or flood our forms;
• pretend to be another person or business.

What you send us

You confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you let us use it to answer you, run your report and prepare a proposal. Sending a form does not create a contract or an obligation for either side.

Our content

The text, design, reports, logos, the compass mark, photographs and graphics on this site belong to MediaWyld or the people who license them to us. MediaWyld, WyldLyfe, WorldWyld and WyldMarine are our brands. You may view the site, share its links, and keep and share your own report. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Other sites and services

We link to our sister brands and to other sites, and we use outside services such as Stripe and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site, the free report and the client pages are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise they will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date. Any promise about paid work is the one in your signed Proposal and the Service Terms.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MediaWyld, DOT Services of America LLC and their owners, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site, the free report or the client pages. For anything you have not paid us for, our total liability is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit about them must be brought in the state courts in St. Lucie County, Florida, or the federal court for the Southern District of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms; a signed Proposal stays under the Service Terms you signed.
