Privacy policy

This policy explains what MediaWyld collects through mediawyld.com, why, and what we do with it. If you have a question about it, email support@mediawyld.com or call 772-312-0988.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the forms on this site:
The free visibility check: your website, company name, your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone number.
The Contact form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your company, phone, website and message.
The creator network and nonprofit partner sign-ups: your name or your organization’s name, email, and the details you add about your work, such as where you post, the water you work, the gear you use, your main cause or your organization’s tax ID.
When you send a form, our server also records the time, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to stop spam and to limit how many forms can be sent in a short time.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you: to run the free check and send you the results, to reply to your message, or to set up your creator or partner account. To run the free check we look at your website and the public information about your business online, the same way a customer would.
We may email you about the request you made. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and every marketing email we send has a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: our web host, which stores the site and the forms you send, and Amazon Web Services, which delivers our email. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.
If you join the creator network or the nonprofit partner network, the profile details you choose to share are shown to the businesses you agree to hear from. Nothing is shared before you’re in and have set your preferences.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who sign in to manage the site.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email support@mediawyld.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are stored on our own server with access limited to our team.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
