Cookie policy
Effective 7 November 2026.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones mediawyld.com uses, what each is for, and how to turn them off. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
Your choice
The notice at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you visit from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics stays off until you press Accept. Everywhere else it is on, and pressing Decline turns it off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as Decline. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the notice will appear again.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your browsing for advertising.
Cookies we use
Needed for the site to work (always on):
- wyld_consent: remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. Kept for 180 days.
- Chat: if you open the chat window, our chat service stores a cookie that keeps your conversation open as you move between pages.
- Client page sign-in: when you sign in to your MediaWyld client page, a cookie keeps you signed in and protects your forms. It ends when you sign out or close your browser.
- Payments: on payment pages, Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Analytics (on or off by your choice):
- _ga and _ga_6PPLYQL209: Google Analytics. They count visits and show which pages people read, how they found us and roughly where they are, so we can improve the site. Kept for up to 2 years. Google Analytics is provided by Google; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Turning cookies off in your browser
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the cookies that are needed for the site may stop the chat, sign-in or payments from working. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
